描述
白细胞介素 2 (IL-2) 是一种强效的免疫调节淋巴因子，由 T 细胞在抗原或有丝分裂原刺激下产生。IL-2/IL-2R 信号传导是 T 细胞增殖和免疫反应所必需的其他基本功能所必需的。IL-2 刺激 B 细胞、NK 细胞、淋巴因子激活的杀伤细胞、单核细胞、巨噬细胞和少突胶质细胞的生长和分化。
